As you drive through Richmond Vermont, where I live, a small town outside Burlington Vermont of about a couple thousand people, you will pass this water tank if you are heading up the hill toward Jerrico. I pass this tank everyday to get to my house. Right where the big green spot in the midle bottom part of the tank there was some pretty nasty words spray painted. Along with all the other graphitti on it, I figured something better could go there, so I contacted the city and they liked my idea and bought me the paing
